• ✅ Cooperate during registration and food dispensing to avoid delays and mishaps.

As part of the Houston Food Bank’s requirements, we kindly ask all beneficiaries and guests to provide basic information. If you cannot remember your phone number, please write it down along with your name and hand it to the check-in volunteer.

The church and its volunteers disclaim all liability for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents that may occur while any guests or beneficiaries are present on the premises.
