The Indian Orthodox Church carries a 2,000-year legacy of faith in India. Our commitment to sharing the Apostolic traditions is a token of love to all brothers in God's creation. Following the 1979 Constitution, each parish serves as a Mission Unit (Suvishesha Sangham) to fulfill the Gospel.
Central to our mission is the **Indian Orthodox Sunday School**. It serves as the bedrock of our spiritual outreach, molding the next generation in the Orthodox faith. By integrating biblical teachings with our Apostolic heritage, the Sunday School empowers youth to be witnesses of Christ's love in a modern world, aligning with the global vision of the Malankara Orthodox Church.
Blessed by H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius in 2016, "St. Thomas Mission" was established to be a witness to the Gospel domestically and internationally. Our group focuses on local service projects that benefit our immediate community while supporting evangelical work in India and beyond.
One of our most impactful ministries is the **Biweekly Food Drive**, hosted in coordination with the **Houston Food Bank**. This vital program serves nearly **500 families** in our surrounding community who are in most need. It is a humble reflection of our Church’s commitment to feeding the hungry and serving our neighbors with dignity and compassion.
